Any kind of fabric with different composition, weight, color, print, knitting style… can be developed and manufactured at Thygesen’s knit fabric factory. Many kinds of yarn & fabric like Cotton – Spandex, Bamboo, Tencel, Modal, Coolmax are available here.

We only approve of low-impact & fiber-reactive dye chemicals, which have been certificated (with MSDS, OEKO-Tex, etc). Thus, the dyes are not only skin-safe but also environmentally friendly.

Besides, each stage in dyeing production is checked to adhere to the ISO process. For the dyeing processing unit that Thysegen cooperates with, industrial wastewater is regulated under the assessment standards of the national technical regulation of Vietnam.

Our factory employs hundreds of workers & in-house experts. We operate under WRAP & SA8000: 2014 certified social standards. This includes the implementation of social responsibility, accountability, and transparency in business.
